1. About This Service
Woman-to-Woman is a private email companionship service. It provides personal, written support through email exchanges between a client and a dedicated companion. It is not a therapy service, counselling service, medical service, mental health treatment, coaching programme, or crisis intervention service of any kind.
By purchasing any product or bundle offered through Woman-to-Woman you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.
2. Who We Are
Woman-to-Woman is owned and operated by Ungaslited LLC. The service is delivered by a real, individual companion, not an automated system, artificial intelligence, or rotating team. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” throughout these terms refer to Ungaslited LLC.

3. Eligibility
By purchasing from Woman-to-Woman you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You are purchasing for yourself or as a gift for another adult aged 18 or over
- You are not purchasing this service as a substitute for emergency mental health care or crisis intervention
- You understand the nature of this service as described in Section 1
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service to anyone at our sole discretion.
4. Products and Services
Woman-to-Woman offers the following product types:
One-time products — including the First Letter trial, Two-Week Reset, and Gift a Companion bundle. These are single purchases that provide access to the service for a defined period. They do not renew automatically.
Monthly subscriptions — including the Anchor, Focus Companion, and Sanctuary. These renew automatically each month on the same date as the original purchase until cancelled.
Full details of each product including what is included, response times, and pricing are available on our website and at the point of purchase.
5. Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase you authorise the charge to your nominated payment method.
For monthly subscriptions: your payment method will be charged automatically on the same date each month. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details remain current and valid. Stripe will notify you of failed payments and provide an opportunity to update your payment method.
Currency: all prices are displayed and charged in US dollars (USD).
Taxes: prices displayed are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Any tax obligations arising from your purchase are your own responsibility as a buyer.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified of any price changes before they take effect and will have the opportunity to cancel before the new price applies.
6. Refund Policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable.
This applies to all products without exception, including the First Letter trial, all one-time packages, and all monthly subscriptions.
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next billing date. Cancellation prevents future charges. It does not generate a refund for any billing period already paid.
We strongly recommend purchasing the $9 First Letter trial before committing to any monthly or multi-week bundle. This trial exists specifically so you can experience the service before making a larger commitment.
By completing any purchase you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this no-refund policy.
7. Cancellation of Monthly Subscriptions
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through the self-service customer portal accessible via the link provided in your receipt and welcome email, or by writing to [email protected].
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the service until that date. No further charges will be made after cancellation is confirmed.
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend any subscription at our sole discretion, including in cases where these terms have been violated. In the event that we initiate a cancellation without cause, a pro-rata refund for unused days in the current billing period will be issued as an exception to our standard no-refund policy.
8. Service Delivery
Response times:
- Anchor and Sanctuary: replies within 24 hours
- All other products: replies within 48 hours
Service availability: We make every reasonable effort to maintain consistent availability. In the event of illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances affecting your companion’s availability, we will notify you as soon as possible and either arrange continuity of service or extend your access period accordingly.
No guarantee of outcomes: Woman-to-Woman makes no representations or guarantees regarding specific emotional, psychological, or life outcomes resulting from use of this service. Every woman’s experience is individual.
9. Appropriate Use
By purchasing and using this service you agree to:
- Use it for its intended purpose — personal emotional support and companionship
- Communicate honestly and in good faith with your companion
- Not use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Not submit content that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward your companion
- Not attempt to use this service as a substitute for emergency or crisis mental health care
We reserve the right to terminate service immediately and without refund in cases of abusive, threatening, or harmful communication directed at the companion.
10. Not a Crisis Service
Woman-to-Woman is not equipped to provide crisis intervention, emergency mental health support, or immediate safety planning.
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, suicidal ideation, or are in immediate danger please contact:

- Emergency services: 911 (US) or 999 (UK) or your local equivalent
Your companion will always direct you to appropriate resources if she believes your situation requires support beyond what this service can provide.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Woman-to-Woman website and within the service — including written copy, frameworks, prompts, and materials — is the intellectual property of Ungaslited LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Replies sent by your companion are written personally for you. They may not be published, shared publicly, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ungaslited LLC and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Woman-to-Woman shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product or subscription giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Dispute Resolution
We genuinely hope that any concern you have can be resolved through direct conversation. If you have an issue with the service please write to [email protected] before taking any formal action. We commit to responding within 5 business days and working toward a fair resolution in good faith.
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved informally, these terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming for the resolution of any disputes.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The current version of these terms is always available on our website and via the link in your Stripe checkout.
15. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ungaslited LLC regarding your use of Woman-to-Woman and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
