How It Works

You and your companion meet in a private Proton Meet room at an agreed time. The session takes place entirely through the chatbox written messages, back and forth, in your own words and at your own pace.

No one else is in the room. No one else reads what is written. The chatbox is end-to-end encrypted; what happens in the session stays in the session.

When the session ends, the chat closes. Nothing is stored, recorded, or retained by anyone.

What It Is For

The chatbox is for women who want the intimacy of a real exchange without the pressure of being live on a call. It sits somewhere between a letter and a conversation.

You might use it to:

  • Work through something specific with your companion in real time
  • Have a focused exchange when email feels too slow
  • Connect on a day when things feel too heavy to carry alone 
  • Think out loud with someone who is genuinely there

What It Is Not

It is not a video or voice call. The Proton Meet chatbox is text only. No camera. No microphone. No live video of any kind.
It is not an open-ended live chat. Your companion is not available continuously. Sessions are scheduled in advance at an agreed time. Outside of your booked session, she is not monitoring the chatbox.
It is not therapy. This is a companionship service. Your companion is a real woman with lived experience and genuine care, not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or clinical practitioner. Nothing exchanged in this chatbox constitutes clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Nature of the Chat Service The chat function offered uses the Proton Meet chatbox exclusively. It is a text-based written exchange between a client and their companion. It is not a video call, voice call, or live therapy session of any kind.

Not a Clinical Service: The chat service offered is a companionship service. It is not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, psychiatric support, crisis intervention, or any form of licensed mental health treatment. Your companion is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, counsellor, or medical professional unless explicitly and separately stated in their individual profile.

Nothing communicated through the Proton Meet chatbox constitutes clinical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a therapeutic relationship as defined by any professional or regulatory body.

Not a Real-Time Emergency Service: The chatbox is not monitored continuously. Your companion reads and responds within her stated reply window. It is not suitable for emergencies or crises requiring immediate response.

Response Times The Proton Meet chatbox is used for scheduled or agreed exchanges, not open-ended live chat. Your companion will respond within the timeframe agreed at the time of booking. She is not available continuously between sessions.

Technical Limitations: The chatbox function within Proton Meet is provided by Proton AG, a third-party service. Ungaslited LLC has no control over the availability, functionality, or technical performance of Proton Meet.

Privacy Within Proton Meet: Proton Meet chatbox messages are end-to-end encrypted during the session.

Messages are not automatically stored by Proton after the session ends
Ungaslited LLC does not record, store, or retain chatbox content after sessions conclude
You are responsible for saving any part of the conversation you wish to keep
Your companion does not retain chatbox transcripts after the session
Do not share sensitive identifying information — financial details, ID numbers, or information about third parties who have not consented to being discussed in any chat session.

Companion Limitations: Your companion participates in the chatbox as a real woman offering personal, empathetic written support. She is not a licensed clinician. Her responses reflect personal experience, empathy, and care, not clinical training or professional accreditation unless separately and explicitly stated.

Appropriate Use of the Chatbox The Proton Meet chatbox is for personal support conversations only.

It must not be used for:

Sharing content that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward your companion
Discussing illegal activities or soliciting advice on unlawful matters
Any purpose unrelated to the companionship service purchased
Ungaslited LLC reserves the right to terminate chat access immediately and without refund in cases of misuse, abusive communication, or behaviour that puts the companion’s safety or wellbeing at risk.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable. This applies to all chat-based companion sessions without exception.

Specifically: 

Missed sessions by the client. If you do not join the Proton Meet session at the agreed time, the session is considered used. No refund or reschedule is automatic.

If you give at least 24 hours’ notice before the session, you may request a one-time reschedule at your companion’s discretion. Reschedules are not guaranteed and are offered as goodwill only.

Technical issues on the client’s side. If you are unable to join due to a technical issue on your device or internet connection, no automatic refund is issued. Contact [email protected] within 24 hours, and the situation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Technical issues on Proton Meet’s side. If Proton Meet experiences a verified service outage that prevents the session from taking place, we will offer a rescheduled session.

Partial sessions. If a session begins but ends early due to technical disruption beyond either party’s control, and less than 50% of the session has been completed, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion. Sessions completed beyond 50% are considered fully delivered.

What to do if something goes wrong:

We respond within 2 business days and will always review your situation honestly and with care. Most issues can be resolved directly without a dispute process.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first violates these terms. In the event of a dispute, we will submit all available evidence, including session booking confirmation, agreed session time, and any relevant correspondence.
