Our Policy in Plain English

All purchases made through Woman-to-Woman are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on any product under any circumstances.

This is not small print. It is our policy, stated clearly and up front, because we believe you deserve to know exactly what you are agreeing to before you pay.

This is also why the $9 First Letter exists. Before you commit to any bundle, you can experience the service for nine dollars. One email. One real, personal reply. If it does not feel right, you have lost very little. If it does, you will know.


What This Policy Covers

This policy applies to every product offered by Ungaslited LLC through the Woman-to-Woman service including:

  • First Letter — $9 Trial
  • Two-Week Reset — $29
  • Gift a Companion — $39
  • Anchor Monthly Subscription — $47/month
  • Focus Companion Monthly Subscription — $59/month
  • Sanctuary Monthly Subscription — $97/month

No Refunds — No Exceptions

We do not issue refunds for any of the following reasons:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Feeling the service was not what you expected
  • Not having used the service after purchasing
  • Personal circumstances that prevent you from using the service
  • Dissatisfaction with a reply
  • Purchasing the wrong bundle
  • Forgetting that a subscription renewal was due

We understand this is a firm policy. It exists because the service involves real, dedicated human time and labour that begins the moment a purchase is made. Unlike a physical product that can be returned, a companion’s time, attention, and personal replies cannot be un-given.


This Is a Service, Not a Physical Product

Woman-to-Woman delivers a personal, human service entirely through written communication. There is no physical product, no downloadable item, and nothing to return. The nature of this service means that standard return or exchange policies applicable to physical goods do not apply.


Monthly Subscriptions & Cancellation

While monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, you are never locked in.

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time before your next billing date. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access to the service until that date. No further charges will be made after your cancellation is processed.

How to cancel:

  • Through the self-service customer portal — the link is in your receipt and welcome email
  • By emailing [email protected] at any time

Cancellation requests sent by email will be confirmed within 2 business days. We will never charge you for a period after a confirmed cancellation.


Gift Purchases

The Gift a Companion bundle is non-refundable once purchased. If the gift has not yet been delivered to the recipient and you contact us within 24 hours of purchase, we will do our best to accommodate a change of delivery date or recipient email address. We cannot guarantee this in all cases.

Once the gift has been delivered and the recipient’s access has been activated, the purchase is fully final.


What Happens If We Cannot Deliver the Service

While we have never failed to deliver the service, we believe in being transparent about what happens if we do.

If Ungaslited LLC is unable to deliver the service you purchased due to circumstances on our end — including but not limited to illness, emergency, or technical failure — we will:

  • Notify you as soon as possible
  • Extend your access period by the number of days affected at no additional charge
  • Or, at our discretion, issue a pro-rata credit for unused days as an exception to this policy

This exception applies only when the failure to deliver is caused by us. It does not apply when a client chooses not to use the service during their access period.


Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We ask that before contacting your bank or card issuer to dispute a charge, you write to us first at [email protected]. We will always respond within 2 business days and address your concern directly and honestly.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us is a violation of these terms. In the event of a chargeback we will submit all available evidence to Stripe including:

  • Your agreement to this policy at checkout
  • The required policy acknowledgement checkbox completed at the time of purchase
  • Your receipt confirming the transaction
  • Your welcome email confirming service initiation
  • All correspondence demonstrating service delivery

We take chargebacks seriously and will respond to every dispute with full documentation.


Our Recommendation Before Every Purchase

We genuinely want this service to be right for you. Before purchasing any monthly subscription or multi-week package, we encourage you to:

Start with the $9 First Letter.

It is the lowest-risk way to find out whether Woman-to-Woman is the right fit. You write whatever is on your mind. You receive a real, personal reply within 48 hours. Nine dollars. No commitment. No pressure.

If after your trial you decide the service is not for you, we respect that completely. You will have paid nine dollars and received something real in return.

If it feels right, you will know  and choosing a bundle from that place of certainty is the best possible way to begin.
